Celebrate the new year by serving regular Cranberry Bellinis! Made with three basic fixings—unsweetened cranberry juice, basic syrup and prosecco—this merry blended beverage is the ideal shining drink to taste at a wintertime festivity. Like a mimosa, this wintertime contort on an exemplary Italian mixed drink can be made for people or a group. Bubbly, somewhat sweet Cranberry Bellinis make the ideal New Year's Eve refreshment!
Quite a long time ago, I examined abroad and drank bellinis with companions while sitting at eateries in piazzas in different Italian urban areas… since they're cracking tasty.
The thing is, you can't discover great new peaches to make bellinis in late December. So I switched things up a piece so we could discover all the important fixings, on account of a touch of innovative conceptualizing with my companion Susannah. I've consolidated these three recently referenced fixings to make an occasional and heavenly Christmas or New Year's Eve drink for us to appreciate.

Ingredients
- 2 oz. unsweetened cranberry juice, chilled
- 1 oz. simple syrup (or more, depending on your taste), chilled
- 4 oz. Prosecco (can use more or less, depending on your taste!)
- Fresh cranberries and rosemary, for garnish
Instructions
- Combine the cranberry juice and simple syrup in a glass.
- Pour the prosecco on top of the other ingredients.
- Garnish with fresh cranberries and rosemary.
- Enjoy immediately.
